was established in 2006 by Monica Sikhotha (Busi). She is the sole proprietary owner of the business and the company was registered as a cc in 2007.

The founder:

  • Is a qualified chemist: B.Sc. (Hons) Chemistry
  • More than 10 years’ experience in QA positions in Pharmaceuticals fine chemicals.
  • 6 years’ experience as a QA manager for a producer of food and feed raw materials.
  • Has trained more than 1000 individuals in ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, HACCP, ISO 22000 and ISO 14001.
  • Has assisted a laboratory with development and implementation of ISO 17025 for accreditation and more than 10 companies to develop: ISO 9001, HACCP and ISO 22000 to enable them to be certified.
  • Is subcontracted by SABS to deliver training in OHSAS 18001, HACCP and ISO 22000
  • Has audited various companies locally and overseas.
