Introduction to ISO 22000
Duration – 2 days
Outcomes
• The Introduction course will focus on the ISO 22000 standard, from a QMS and FSMS point of view.
• Delegates will learn the importance of a “systems approach”, where procedures are documented, approved, adhered to, monitored and improved, to ensure that non-conformances are quickly identified and corrected.
Internal Audit for ISO 22000
Duration – 3 days
Outcomes

Understand the requirements of the ISO 22000 auditing clause requirement;

Become familiar with the principles of auditing as per SANS 19011;

Draw up, implement and measure an audit programme;

Carry out effective audits based on the developed audit process

Write findings and classify the findings correctly against the appropriate requirement of the standard;
