Introduction to ISO 22000

Duration – 2 days

• The Introduction course will focus on the ISO 22000 standard, from a QMS and FSMS point of view. 
• Delegates will learn the importance of a “systems approach”, where procedures are documented, approved, adhered to, monitored and improved, to ensure that non-conformances are quickly identified and corrected.

Internal Audit for ISO 22000

Duration – 3 days
  • Understand the requirements of the ISO 22000 auditing clause requirement;
  •  Become familiar with the principles of auditing as per SANS 19011;
  • Draw up, implement and measure an audit programme;
  •  Carry out effective audits based on the developed audit process
  • Write findings and classify the findings correctly against the appropriate requirement of the standard;
  • Successfully select the most suitable auditor for an audit
  • Be able to identify non- conformances against legal, customer , internal and ISO 22000 requirements
  • Be able to write a statement of Non conformity based on evidence collected or witnessed.
  • Be able to write an audit report that can be used by management to review the system.
